• Crumble cornbread into a large mixing bowl
  • Dice the celery and onion, combine with cornbread
  • Melt butter and pour over cornbread mixture
  • Add chicken broth. Add more if necessary to produce a thick consistency
  • Add seasonings
  • Mix until thoroughly combined
  • Spoon mixture into a generously greased 9×13 casserole dish
  • Cover and bake for 30 minutes at 350°
  • Remove cover and bake for an additional 30 minutes
